Judging Criteria

We recognise that success comes in many shapes, sizes and stories.

This is why we have not opted for a strict set of criteria that nominations will be marked against.

Instead, nominations will be judged on their own merit.  Please be mindful when you are making your nomination to provide clear examples of success.  It is best to avoid general statements like 'the advocacte is brilliant'. Instead show how the advocate was brilliant: 'the advocate is brilliant because he did this, this and this'.

We have however pulled together some broad guidance to help you as you make your nomination in each category.
