Instead, nominations will be judged on their own merit. Please be mindful when you are making your nomination to provide clear examples of success. It is best to avoid general statements like 'the advocacte is brilliant'. Instead show how the advocate was brilliant: 'the advocate is brilliant because he did this, this and this'.
